CITY OF STUART, CITY COMMISSION
EMERGENCY SPECIAL MEETING FOR ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
NOTICE: The City of Stuart Mayor Troy McDonald, Vice Mayor Rebecca Bruner and Commissioners Eula R. Clarke, Christopher Collins, and Campbell Rich will convene a Special Meeting of the Stuart City Commission at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 23, 2023 in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 121 SW. Flagler Avenue, Stuart, Florida. At this meeting, the City Commission will announce its intention to meet in a private Attorney-Client Session pursuant to Sec. 286.011, Florida Statutes, in the City Manager’s Conference Room with Interim Attorney Paul Nicoletti and Interim City Manager Michael Mortell to discuss pending litigation concerning the following:
- AFFF Multi District Litigation Case
Please be advised that at the conclusion of this private Attorney-Client Session, the City Commission will continue its Special Meeting in City Hall Commission Chambers before adjournment.
The public is invited to attend the public hearing only. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission or Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
