- Payment Options for Customers
Cash, check or money order may be made payable to City of Stuart. Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are all accepted and may be used at the Utilities Customer Service office or by phone during regular business hours.
The City is pleased to offer two new convenient services for payment of utility bill: Pay Over the Phone and PAYMENTUS.
Automatic Debits from your checking account are also available. A signed "Authorization Agreement for Direct Debit Payments (PDF)" and voided check are required.
Drive into the City Hall parking lot and the Drive-Up window is located on the side of the Annex Building. Open during office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
A utility payment drop box is available located at the driveway in front of City Hall for after-hours.
One-time payments can be made through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for a secure, streamlined customer experience by calling 844-401-7389.

Service turn-on or turn-off requests are available with same day service if received by 2 p.m.
Accounts are considered past due if not paid within 30 days of the billing date and are subject to a 1.5% penalty of the total bill. Disconnection of service takes place on the 46th day after original bill date. If disconnected for non-payment, the account is subject to a $34 re-connection fee and a double deposit fee.
