- Community Redevelopment Agency Plan
The CRA Plan was prepared due to the recognition of the need to prevent and eliminate slum and blighted conditions within the community. The plan includes objectives, programs and projects. The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is charged with implementing the CRA Plan. The CRA is made up of City Commissioners plus two members of the Community Redevelopment Board (CRB).
The Community Redevelopment Board (CRB) is the advisory committee to the CRA, that provides recommendations to the CRA.
Every year the State of Florida requires the CRA's prepare an Annual Report. This report outlines the activities and programs of the CRA in the previous years.
The CRA Plan was adopted by the City of Stuart on August 2002, amended in August 2010, January 2016 and August 2019.
