Florida Residency in Stuart & Martin County
You are considered a resident of Stuart/ Martin County once you are employed, enroll your child in a Stuart / Martin County school or register to vote.
To document your residency (optional) in Florida, you need to fill out a Declaration of Domicile form which can be downloaded online at Martin County Clerk of Court’s website. You will need to have the form notarized and include proof that you are a resident with a utility bill or phone bill with your address. The form requires a fee for recording cost.
