City of Stuart Launches GORequest
It's easier than ever to contact the City of Stuart
The City of Stuart has made it even easier for you to contact us with your requests, questions and concerns. We have launched "GO Request", a new system that will allow you to contact us 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week in whatever way is most convenient - online or by phone, fax, mail or in person. GO Request is also available to iPhone and Android smart phone users by downloading a free application.
The City of Stuart staff are already very helpful, however GO Request will make it seem as if there’s a staff member on call around the clock to help you. If you prefer to make a request, comment, or question online, just click the Contact Us link on our home page; the system features simple pull-down menus and is a breeze to use. If you prefer to call, walk-in, fax, or mail your request during normal business hours, our staff will enter it for you.
No matter which way you choose to contact us, you need not know which employee or department is responsible for a specific service – the system ensures the right person is contacted. And if you prefer to make your request or comment confidentially, you will have that option.
