Working On Wellness (W.O.W.): The wellbeing of all employees is of great importance at the City of Stuart. Our wellness program focuses on providing employees with the information and means to change, or enhance, their lifestyle for the better. Some examples of achievements of the W.O.W. program include the implementation of smoking cessation programs, weight loss management initiatives, exercise programs, financial planning seminars, healthy eating presentations, stress relief tips, and programs that promote overall wellbeing.
